I've had a pair of Brasher Hill master boots for many years. Since Berghaus took over the Brasher brand and incorporated the boots to their range, I expected the quality to be similar. However, I am disappointed. There has been to much synthetic material added that will wear out quickly. The original Brasher Boots were lined with a softer leather layer on the inside, and that has been replaced with a complete synthetic layer. This synthetic material wears through easily and quickly.On face value these boots looks great, but they will not last as long as your Brasher Boots if you're used to that quality.
