These are just like adult sized boots in style and construction. It's easy to slip her feet in and out and there is plenty of cushioning and padding to be comfortable. The materials are not too thick (helps minimize the weight) but they feel durable and should last the couple of years she'll use it before she outgrows them. The soles feel thick and grippy with a deep tread. The only nit pick is that they're not waterproof, but that can't be expected at this price point.
